Step1 Save the tubes
Step2 Cut in the strips to desired width of the snowflake
Step3 GLue together and hold with clothespins
Step4 Spray paint White
Step5 Dip in White Glitter
Repeat Step 4 and 5 until you have the desired look for your snowflake.
Tie with a ribbon and use as a tree decoration or a add it to a package instead of a ribbon. :o) HAVE FUN!!
